Ordering Products

Once you have placed an order with Elytrum.com you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a further email confirming dispatch of your order. The email confirming dispatch of your order represents acceptance by us of your order.

Changes to your order

As long as it has not yet been dispatched from our store, your order can be changed or cancelled. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you wish to change your order, and we’ll do what we can to help you.

Discounts

Depends on available promotions, certain discounts apply to only individual body brushes, they do not apply to already discounted body brush sets and bundles.

We accept payment by major credit cards and Paypal. All payments are securely processed by Shopify.
